"The balcony over the river was nice. The sound was amazing. The fridge was huge. The heater on the bathroom was nice. There was a baking dog in one room. I know it's not the hotels fault, but one should know there may be pets in this motel. The bed was pretty good, not fantastic. Great location. It was easy to walk to Annakeesta, and restaurants, and shops. A shirt drive to everywhere. "

"We visited Gatlinburg for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel. It was perfect for us because it was away from all the business Gatlinburg has to offer. The room was comfy and big. We had 6ppl in our trip and we were very comfortable in the room we were in. The staff were friendly. Everything was clean and they had a decent selection for breakfast. They always had hot chocolate/tea and fruit infused water in the lobby for guests. Oh, they also have an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi near a fire pit. Very lovely!"
