Our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. The bedding was done but toilet had stains on the seat and it wasn't flushed. The front staff quickly addressed the issue. It was a newer, very clean location. We wanted to stay in Gatlinburg where we could walk everywhere and this is exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this place!
