We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and only wish we’d had longer to enjoy the hotel! We arrived a little early at around 3pm, so our room wasn’t quite ready yet as check-in was from 4pm. Perfect in every way

We loved staying at Hotel Blu. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We even got an upgrade which was wonderful! The gym, swimming pool and sauna were a great addition, really great amenities. Little touches like the flavoured chilled water were very appreciated. The hotel is immaculately clean and perfectly located. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel conveniently situated close to warerfront Station. The hotel was quite on our floor and our roon was a corner suite with great views. The use of the pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi was handy in the evenings when we got back from trips. All the staff in both the hotel and pool were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend it..

The hotel and staff are faultless, absolutely no complaints and the welcome was exceptional. What didn’t i like - you have to be wary on the streets in downtown, like any major city I guess.

What a fabulous hotel. Situated a couple of blocks back from the Waterfront (5 min walk) you’re getting the 5* experience for less $. And it’s quiet. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and if you want more of anything (coffee, water, coat hangers etc) you just ask and it’s there. Great location and amazing views from partial harbour side room. Great food in restaurant although limited in choice. Fire alarm went off in middle of night and ended on street. Limited info and no info the next day or apology or even a morning coffee to say have a good day. The staff didn’t follow fire precautions and told people to wait in lobby until fire dept had cleared building. Should have been across road. Lifts took over an hour to get people back to rooms.
