"Great staff, location was 5-10 mins from 2x tube lines. Towel heater in bathroom and radiator really heat up the room, even in winter we had to open the window.(warm interiors is a British thing so not specific to Vertus Edit) was in the #3 building with the smaller “lounge” on the 2nd floor was often crowded with folks who stay here long term.12th floor lounge in the #15 building is much larger. Call out to Simon who helped avert disaster due to a flight delay. Cleaning is once per week, but really isn’t an issue as there are ample cleaning supplies. Had some issues with the toiletry pumps, quickly resolved by maintenance once informed."

"Loved it! Will definitely stay again. The room was small but wouldn’t say claustrophobic like some reviews had mentioned. Lovely decor and super clean. Check in was quick - big plus! Loved the toiletries and the hairdryer was a proper decent one, not a rubbish travel size one that makes your hair frizzy. Honestly couldn’t find fault "
