This hotel exceeded my expectations! Thank you for an excellent stay - Staff welcoming and attentive, location is great, the room was perfect and great nearby amenities. I recommend 100% and hope to visit again in future. Please keep up the excellent standards!

Very convenient with easy access to the mall. It is however baffling that they charge for printing a one page document.

Staffs, service and everything was very nice.

Lovely hotel with great staff and very modern and clean. Bed was far too hard for me though but that’s a personal thing. Long walk to find eateries but very close to the subway which is very convenient.

Great location. Helpful staff.

Good, well kept hotel had a pleasant stay, spacious room, polite and helpful staff but pool and fitness areas very “formal” less leisure and cafe/ restaurant food very expensive compared to local.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Riviera. So much so that we are going back in a few days. The staff were all lovely and helpful. I felt a huge difference in costumer service at this hotel when compared with other hotels I stayed at in Seoul last year. Friendly and helpful staff, all spoke English to same degree and smiled all the time. I hope that the attitude towards foreigners is changing at the Seoul hotels. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is of good...

Clean room, staff were very helpful, breakfast has a lot of variety and was delicious, view from the room was unbelievable!

We had such an incredible stay and would recommend to anyone. Hope to come again one day

Great location and all staff was super friendly.

We have stayed here twice already and havs our return trip aleeady booked the best hotel to stay in in Seoul

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, and fantastic location. We stayed in an Exec room so had access to the Club Lounge - more of a time-boxed all-inclusive than light snacks :) Food and drinks ranged very strong. Staff amazing - we dropped a suitcase off a week before we stayed and the lady remembered me and my name the moment I came back - really outstanding service.
