"The hotel is quite tired. Rooms were not serviced which we were informed of, but even when we asked for new towels, the used ones were not taken away, nor rubbish bins emptied. Could be cleaner. "

"I would book here again! Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating to our needs. Super clean and I felt safe here. I do like that you can’t access the floor without your keycard. The amenities were great and I love how close it was to absolutely everything, especially the hangang river! "
