"The hotel was a great place to stay. The only downside for our stay was the A/C didn’t get cold enough for our liking, so it made a couple of the nights difficult to sleep."

"My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. Having a bath was a bonus especially after a raining long day. The breakfast was delicious and a great introduction to Korean food and the staff always welcomed you warmly. I will always try to book this hotel when I come to Gangnam again."
