"I love the rooftop garden. I went there with my breakfast and late night snack almost everyday. It is very convenient walk to two different subway stations. 24hour 7-11 right around the corner. Loved the shared kitchen and complimentary laundry facility. All the staff members were awesome too. I always stay at 5 star hotels when I travel so I had my doubts but really loved the location and amenities and will definitely stay here again. The room and bathroom was kind of small but for a solo traveler it was perfect. Plus I loved that it was located in a quite area as opposed to busy gangnam area. I already miss this hotel. "

From the folks at the reception desk, to the house keeping lady on the 21st floor and especially the gentlemen at the concierge desk on the first floor, everyone provided outstanding customer service!
