"I did not like the breakfast which was ala carte and not the usual buffet"

"Ok so I think pros/con list would be the easiest approach Cons - the room is in a desperate need of an update. It is very outdated. -There were cracked tiles in the bathroom. Walls were visibly discolored. Bedroom sheets with cuts/rips - Staff was friendly enough. It would have been nice to offer to help bring the luggage to the room but not necessary. - no room service ( I usually don’t utilize this service but it was a long tiring travel day, the option would have been nice) Pros - it’s a place to shower and rest while you explore the beautiful city - location is ideal for anyone who likes walking. It is also very close to the train station as well. The location was practically perfect. I was no longer than a 20 min drive from most major touristy things All in all it’s a bed and shower. I’m usually not picky BUT it’s a pretty pricey room (~250 USD/night) for what I received. I also believe I was a little biased when got there. I just came from Thailand where the hotels are much cheaper, much nicer and hospitality that can’t be touched. Overall it was meh. Didn’t take away from my trip but definitely did not add to it I will likely try another hotel when I go back to Seoul "

"My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. Having a bath was a bonus especially after a raining long day. The breakfast was delicious and a great introduction to Korean food and the staff always welcomed you warmly. I will always try to book this hotel when I come to Gangnam again."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was just an amazing experience as the first one. The front desk staff was extremely helpful is rescheduling my return at the end of the month when it was impossible for me to do the changes I needed online. This will always be my preferred hotel whenever I am in Seoul."

"This place was mediocre at best. The staff was unhelpful and a bit rude. The gym lacked basic equipment. The room was nothing special—and the bathroom didn’t even have hot water for a shower. It was lukewarm. The only positive I can think of was the bed was comfortable. For the price of this hotel, I would recommend finding another place."

"Convenient location in Seoul! Generously sized rooms with a kitchen sink and amenities, Samsung Air Dresser and plenty of closet space. Convenience store and 24 hour gym on second floor of hotel. Front desk speak English, and there is a kiosk to exchange to won in the hotel!"

"Me and my partner went to sell South Korea for vacation during the winter time. This hotel wasn’t even our first choice, but this was the best option that Hotels.com could have given us, and it did not disappoint the restaurant in the bar at the hotel offered many selections and they were great. This hotel was walking distance to one of the local market and we enjoyed our trip to the local market. This hotel is highly recommended. "
