"My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. Having a bath was a bonus especially after a raining long day. The breakfast was delicious and a great introduction to Korean food and the staff always welcomed you warmly. I will always try to book this hotel when I come to Gangnam again."

The hotel was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with a modern atmosphere that made me feel welcome right away. My room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their kindness and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. It made exploring the city simple and stress-free. Overall, Hotel Grammos provided excellent value, great service, and a comfortable experience. "Check in was through kiosk but staff had to home help anyways, so why not just have a check in person? The kiosk to check out also didn’t work, and no staff was present. I ended up dropping the keys in a box that said to drop keys."
