"The staff was not very helpful. I initially got a complementary water bottle when checking in, I stayed for 3 nights and requested a water bottle the staff said that I had to pay for it. I had a lot of issues because I requested clean sheets and they ignored my request. It took more that 5 visits to the lobby to resolve this matter. It was very frustrating to say the least."

More importantly, a facility which seems to want to cater to families and longer term clients had difficulty locating a trolley to accommodate luggage. When asked, they indicated trollies would be parked by the elevator. During my nearly week long stay, that never happened. This was a major inconvenience."
