"I had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Lee. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and of course, the signature warm cookie was a great touch! My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s rest, and everything was well-maintained. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was—it made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and quick travel into New York City. Parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and inviting. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"Parking was good, lots of space, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffet was not as good as expected and not as much choice so we only went there once for breakfast. All in all a good experience and friendly staff. "

"Unfortunately, we found ticks in the room, and one of them got caught near my wife’s ear. Thankfully, we were able to remove it, but it was a very uncomfortable and concerning experience—especially when traveling with family and children. The hotel staff mentioned they would review the situation and refunded one night, which we appreciate. However, the overall experience left us worried. We also noticed that the bed sheets were not completely clean, which may have contributed to the issue. I’m sharing this feedback so the hotel can improve cleanliness and prevent similar situations in the future."

"I can honestly say the staff was amazing. The bartender the front desk staff very noisy with people running above our heads and in the hallways, but the pillows were absolutely the worst. My husband and I had the worst sleep for two days."
