"We enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the jacuzzi. It was 9 PM and we couldn’t find the on switch so I asked a staff member in the fitness room and was told it wouldn’t work because it was too close to the 10PM closing time. This was very disappointing as we were wanting to use it to unwind from the day."

"Its okay, very mediocre. The hotel is not at the airport it is 20 minutes away - there is a free shuttle that no one tells you about. My biggest complaint is that we get there and they charge an addition $50 for "insurance" that is to be credited back, but has not been. We we returned home there are ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON OUR CREDIT CARD with no explanation."

Check with the receptionist and they supposed to send a technician to checked it out, but the technician never came. I unable to booked my train ticked and check in for my flight. It was very disappointing."
