"Our room was clean, comfortable and quite large by European standards. Furniture was perhaps a bit dated, but perfectly serviceable. The mattress was quite hard, but did the job. The breakfast served was very good and had a wide variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Prati is a nice area and there are many good places to eat around, but be prepared for a bit of a walk to most of the attractions (Vatican City, Colosseum, Forum, etc. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."

"The room was basic, clean and ok. Location great for Vatican City but too far from all the other sites. Amenities advertised were false. We expected a rooftop hot tub which hasn’t operated since Covid! Rooftop bar was not open. Looking for a room near Vatican City, it’s good value."

"Very nice hotel except the room. The hotel is beautifully decorated, rooftop restaurant bar is very nice, good views, very good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we entered our room, it was like we were at a different hotel. The room is very dated like the 70's. Wood paneling throughout the room, mirrors on all sides of the bed, head of the bed is sloped at 45 degrees. The worst part of the stay was how uncomfortable the bed was, like sleeping on a piece of wood bench. The bathroom was fine, good shower, slightly more updated than the room. Very disappointed in how we slept which is most important part of the stay. Based on how they did a good job on updating the hotel, we were surprised in how dated the room was and how uncomfortable the bed was. Towels were also old. Based on how much we paid for 2 nights ($779.00 U.S. plus $35.00 city tax) we were really disappointed. Location was convenient and walking distance to Vatican, pantheon etc.. Small disappointment, I had 3 postcards that i wanted to mail, however, it was a holiday weekend and post office was closed. I asked the front desk when we checked out if they could mail for us, i offered euro for the postage but they said they did not provide that service. "

"Hotel for us was in a great location in easy reach of the tourist attractions but also with restaurants and shops close by and a reasonable walk from Stadio Olympico. Staff were great, breakfasts were good. Room was clean. Bathroom was quite small but compared to other hotels in area was priced ok. I would stay there again."
