"10 for breakfast was the best of this hotel. The room was so small that we couldnt barely walk between the bed and the walls this was a rip off, I paid nearly 1000 dollars for a room that was hot we sweat there the AC wasn’t working at all and you could not change it. The walls were wet and the room will smell really bad. The bed !! OMG the mattress was so hard that it was the same as sleep on the floor. We were there for 4 days and this was really very frustrating. Please do not ask to be picked up from the terminal they charge you 85 Euros plus 30 more if you arrived after 6 pm . The worst hotel ever. "

"The hotel has a great central location, within easy walking distance of central bus lines, Trevor fountain and Spanish steps. The room was comfortable and a mini fridge, kettle and tea provided. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Thank you for looking after us 😁"
