"This was the most amazing hotel we ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and clean. Perfect amount of space for a couple. The espresso machine in the room was wonderful. Free breakfast in the morning was brought to our room and tasted great. It was in a perfect location. And the value we received felt immense. It is located directly next to the Piazza di Spagna. I would highly recommend staying here. Next time in Rome, we will be staying here and no where else. "

"First of all, the property is out of this world. Gorgeous, up to date with all equipment. The location was breathe taking, right in the Spanish Steps. Lets talk about the staff, Emanuele, Paolo, Katy and Franco (the owner), the BEST staff. My brother arrived sick to Rome and they jumped into gear to get him a doctor to his room, checked on him everyday. Asked us if we needed help packing. They were amazing, i highly recommend this property. Also, one fun fact, the property was built back in...

"This is an older building in a great location, it is just minutes walking distance to the main square with all the tours and other tourist activities in the old town.during our 4 weeks vacation in Italy, we stayed six nights in the apartment, nice rooms , very clean and room service very every day as your requirements.Five stars!"
