"This was a real fun place to stay with college age kids! The rooms are a little funky with only one bed but it’s large and shareable - you kinda have to climb into bed every night but the lounge downstairs is very convenient and has great space for sitting and watching TV or doing casual work or getting a coffee! Walkable. Loved this!"

"what an absolutely lovely calm oasis in the middle of Rome. The staff were attentive yet discrete - a unfussy wonderful place to spend our first visit to rome. Rooms were spacious, it was a delight to be able to open the window - yet the aircon was also perfect when needed. If you want somewhere welcoming and comfortable to spend time in a perfect location between the vatican and the colloseum - with a small but well stocked bar and welcoming warm staff, a great fresh contintental breakfast stay here - it's everything and more that you need"

"Our family of 3, 2 adults and 1 teenager, enjoyed our stay at Condotti Boutique Hotel. The check in process was easy and the staff walked us from the main building around the corner to our building and ensured we were well settled into our room. The room itself was well equipped, modern and spacious for our 4 night stay. The location of the hotel was great, it was a quick walk to the station which was only 3 stops to Roma Termini and 3 stops the other way to the Vatican. The Spanish Steps were at the end of the street (close to the station) and the Trevi Fountain was a 10 minute walk. Many restaurants and supermarkets were within close proximity. Would highly recommend. "
