"Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. Hard to say if this is good place or not."

The location is very good--walking distance to the Vatican Museums, and close to many small bars and grocery stores. Our only issue was the check in and check out process--Bruna (Massimo's mother) spent an hour checking us in and explaining unnecessary details about the suite for us. She also messaged us repeatedly before we arrived, confirming our flight and check in time, and was waiting for us...
