Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
So pleased with everything about our experience with Urban Vacations.
Ideal location: walking distance to Vatican, great shopping variety, plenty of eating options; Metro station is just a couple steps away making it easy to reach any part of Rome. (And an awesome station with free still and sparkling water 24/7 by the building door.)
Safety: locked building door, apartments entrance unit, apartment itself. (Never felt unsafe outdoors even during late hours.)
Cleanliness: the apartment looks newly remodeled and is spotless; great clean shower/bathroom!!
Price: awesome deal considering the great location and the excellent condition of the apartment.
Communication: the Host was very responsive and very helpful!!
Wouldn't even think twice about booking our stay at Urban Vacations again!
Check-in: remote check-in, instructions and access to the apartment were so easy to follow!
Tip that's not not related to the property and host: When entering the property address into the phone's (Android) GPS maps led us to the building complex across the street (a huge police academy that takes up entire huge block).
There was a moment of panic till we stopped following GPS and looked at the address, street name, and building numbers.
(Btw, the building where Urban Vacations is located has a many "building numbers" breaking the building into sections 115 through 151(?).)
