"Best hotel and great location! All our activities started in Piazza del Popolo, so we ended up walking every day, and the neighborhood was great to walk around with wonderful restaurants. They cleaned our room every day. Even though there is not a receptionist there, the hotel was super helpful and communicative. LOVED this hotel and would return there if we were in Rome!"

"I very much enjoyed my stay at the Andenis Tiber House. The room was comfortable and clean, and staff were very helpful when a need arose via telephone and messaging."

"Great stay!"

"Clean and beautiful...especially the large image on the wall behind the bed!! And the breakfast in the morning was perfect...looking out the window at the neighborhood activities with my coffee...Thank you to the lovely host who greeted me in the morning...A perfect way to land in Roma 🌹❤️🌹"

"The bedrooms were very clean and nicely kept and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms do not have an ensuite and access to the bathroom is by a key. This is clear when you book. "When I book a hotel with Expedia I expect it to be a hotel not an apartment. If I need an apartment I’ll go to AirB&B site. This is on Expedia and not the owner. A room on 6th floor with broken elevator is not what I reserved."

"For larger sized travelers, the shower was very small I'm not overly large, but my shoulders hit the sides of the shower stall. Also the air conditioner was not working at all during my stay,"

"Gentle Staff"

"Love this place and would stay here again and again!"

"Nice location. The room has plenty of amenities we need. The owner is available for any inquiries. Beautiful room and comfy."

"Well appointed room with jazuzzi tub in the room. Bedand pillows were very comfortable. Location is a 15i minute walk to St. Peters and 15 minutes to the tennis facilty if you want to take in the Rome Open. The only complexity is getting used to the wifi connected entry sytem as you have to go through 4 doors to get in. There are no physical keys to use. So you have to have cell service and after a couple of uses you get it. Staff were really helpful with the 1st time using the system."
