"Good hotel and comfortable bed. Had cancel the second night as the hotel was closed. Access for an 81 year old was very difficult. Lots of stairs to manage. The very cold weather made it even more difficult. The manager was very good and helpful. We hope to get a refund for the second night. The location was excellent and the pub was very quirky and quite special. "

"Good stay, walked from LGW to the lodge, then back in the morning (personally wouldn’t recommend most doing this I just like walking). Bed was comfy, lodge was very close to several places to eat."

"The hotel was beautiful, only needed the room for a couple of hours after traveling and before heading to the airport, spa facilities were absolutely perfect, would come back in a heartbeat should the situation arise! Very friendly staff, 1000/10 "
