Clean rooms, good location, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice cafe. An excellent bar downstairs with great vibes!

Great value stay in a great location, like that it's a girlguiding centre and supports a charity

Great location, friendly bar staff on check-in. The bed, pillow, linen and space are comfy. I had a window too. So it was nice. I was really tired from not sleeping the night before, so I went to bed very early. The only issue was that it was noisier than last time. I've stayed here before in a different room and it was really quiet. This time I stayed in the women's room. I was woken at about 1am by the girl beneath me checking out, but that was okay. Then I was woken at about 7.30am by...

Amazing staff. Everyone does their job well: receptionists were helpful and friendly, sheets and toilets were probably the cleanest I've ever seen in hostels. Super satisfied with my stay. Thank you guys!

Staff was very helpful. And it was located near city centre

A real gem and walk along canal .

The best

We have been coming to the Doubletree docklands for years now with our whole family- but In Recent years have been splurging out and booking the junior suites- as they are so worth it! The best thing hands down about this hotel is its location looking out over the river to Canary Wharf. By day you can hear the waves of the tidal Thames lapping at the shore, the sounds of the ferries going past and see the sun glinting off the buildings. I’m from Sydney and it’s the closest I’ve come to -being...

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The team's warmth and kindness are outstanding, the guests are diverse and engaging, and the whole place has a wonderful 'home away from home' feeling

Reception staff such as Katy were excellent - helpful, welcoming and professional. Room was clean, kitchen facilities were good and location is convenient. Friendly environment.

The local area was very nice, and the hostel was easy to find. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. Also massively cheap for the centre of London, in ear shot of Big Ben/The Tower of London. I plan to stay here again when I travel to London again, as perfectly located for all transit in London.

Room was clean where I concern my place was. But what I would like to highlight it’s the staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. Location is perfect very central walking distance to many attraction and also shops

I stayed in a 18 bed dorm. The bunks were side by side rather than end to end. There were some partitions between beds but they didn’t extend to the ends so there was a lack of privacy, don’t understand why they don’t put partitions end to end. Mattress was very thin but still reasonably comfortable. Natural light was from skylight with no blinds so you might be woken by early light. Everything seems clean including sheet and duvet cover which were soft and good quality. There was a small stain...

Thank you Mike was great host and so lovely and helpful

I was amazed at how pleasant this stay was, the receptionist was very polite and friendly and was happy to help with all I needed. The location was ideal, and the dorm was very cosy and clean. I was so happy and impressed to discover that above your head, on each bunk was a utilities panel with 2 USB sockets, 2 AC plug was amazed at how pleasant this stay was, the receptionist was very polite and friendly and was happy to help with all I needed. The location was ideal, and the dorm was very...

Once I checked in and spoke with a staff member; I was shown the set up with the app and how it unlocked the doors. Really clever. Private 6 bed dorm with bathroom was fab and most importantly was clean. I slept really well, bed really comfortable. I will definitely stay again when visiting Camden. So easy and so reasonable.

Great bedroom and bathroom , very clean and close to restaurants in Bute Street and South Ken tube .

Really great staff who make the bar a friendly sociable atmosphere to chill out in the evenings. Thank you to Agne for all your help and for teaching me a several different languages. See you all on my next visit.
