The rooms on the 4th floor of the second building have extremely slanted roof, which made it very difficult to get around the room and spend time in. My partner (he is 6 feet tall) even bonked his head a couple times and I nearly did as well (I'm 5'5), which isn't great. I imagine rooms on the lower flows don't have such a slanted roof, so may be better? We only stayed for one night, so overall it was fine but would not recommend the rooms on the 4th floor. In my opinion, these rooms should be further discounted given the how low the roof is and how much of an inconvenience / slightly dangerous it can be."

"this experience was unacceptable and completely ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful stay in Lisbon. I booked this hotel through Expedia based on how it was presented online, and the reality was completely different. I paid for a higher-quality room and was downgraded not once, but twice. The first room had immediate issues, including a bug bite and overall discomfort. The second room, although technically different, was even worse due to constant noise and disruption. Early in the morning, there were people cleaning windows outside while guests were clearly still trying to rest, something that should never happen in a hotel that claims to prioritize comfort. The AC did not work, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. On top of that, a staff member gave me the wrong room code late at night, a serious safety concern. Every time I went to reception, I was told nothing could be done because no manager was available. This happened repeatedly. During my stay, there was almost always someone else at reception complaining about their own experience, which makes it clear this is not an isolated issue. What’s even more concerning is the disconnect between how this hotel is presented online and the reality of the experience. Based on what I encountered and what I observed from other guests, the positive reviews do not reflect what is actually happening on-site. I paid significantly more than what this experience was worth easily double that of what I received. continue.."

"Lovely helpful staff,very clean room,plenty of choice at buffet breakfast. Only slight disadvantage as a mature person, there was several flights of stairs no negotiate, and a certain amount of fitness was required to reach the room. A lovely gesture was the bottle of wine, which helped after climbing the stairs. The Pension was very close to the Metro and attractions."
