The hotel was lovely, and the breakfast was great! However, when we opened the window to our hotel room and found a huge pile of trash and waste, it was really offputting. That’s the one reason I would not stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good, a half an hour walk from busy trendy area. The view from our room was not good, pick a room with a view to the streets.

I stayed in this Hotel for 8 nights. The day I arrived they allowed early check-in which I loved. I also loved how close they were to a metro station (less than 5 minutes-walk). The nightmare started the day after, on Monday, May 13th. I realized the minibar I had in the room did not work. At about 2 pm I reported the situation to the reception and the lady I spoke to assured me the situation would be taken care of that day. I left the hotel and went back late in the night. And I found the minibar at the same condition (not working). I had left strawberries inside the minibar (as I expected it to be fixed in the next few hours) and I found them not in the best condition. I then reported again to the reception, they took the strawberries to be put in the kitchen's fridge and assured it would be fixed the day after. On Tuesday morning, May 14th, I talked to the reception again and they said it would be fixed that day. I left the hotel at about 11:30am, and when I went back late at night, I found the minibar at the same condition (not fixed). Incredible and completely disrespectful!!! I reported to the reception again that night. I had to report again the next day, on Wednesday, May 15th, when I finally talked to a supervisor. And by the end of the day when I got back to the hotel it was finally fixed, after 3 horrible days. And the strawberries had got rotten. I mentioned a refund for the strawberries (of € 2.00 only) as a way of the hotel giving apologies, but they did not.
