"Was a nice place to relax. Loved the (2) hot tubs. Only bad thing was I pd for a king bed and was given a queen bed. Explained to the front desk the next day and they said there are no queens on the property. (Which is a lie)! Because I know when I reserved it was an option. Bed was 6” shorter( width) I was very pissed"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra towels, pillows and they were very fast and friendly! Also was nice that the parking garage is connected to the hotel, you can stay inside and still find lots to do if the weather isn’t great. Close to the falls, and all the good restaurants and attractions in the area. Definitely staying again. "

"Grateful for allowing us a free early check-in. That was so appreciated in the bad weather. Loved the late opening Starbucks and the relaxed atmosphere in the Lobby. Especially enjoyed the live music by the bar!! Disappointed there was no laundry service to help with wet clothes. We used the iron and the hair dryer instead. Not enough places to hang wet clothes in the room."
