"Rooms were nice and clean the bed wasn’t that comfortable. We went there for the jacuzzi but it wasn’t in service. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I enjoyed the sauna had to wait 15 minutes for it to heat up tho. The pool was nice. Overall I give it a 8 out of 10"

"I travel continuously for work and this place is a little piece of heaven in a busy area. It is super clean safe and quite. It has a wonderful kitchen fully furnished. They have several types accommodations. I stayed in one of the 2 story cottages and will again. "

"We were visiting family in Bristol for the holidays and used Founders Brook as our home base for five nights. The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and each time we notice improvements. Love the complimentary toiletries!!"
