The staff was very friendly and accommodating, They made our stay comfortable after our flight out of Heathrow, along with 100s of other flight, was cancelled and we needed to find last minute accommodations. "Amazing staff especially the doorman who always helped lift our stroller up the stairs and went above and beyond helping my wife wheel the suitcases down the street to a car rental pick up location after having issues getting a taxi to take us there. Reception staff gave our two infants plush toys upon arrival which was a beautiful touch. Very convenient location, a touch too busy for us with young children."
