One of the top hotels we have stayed in 50 years of travel. The staff are wonderful and have a natural customer facing attitude to helping overcome any issues. The restaurant and food were superb yet not over expensive. You can hide yourself away in the garden or various rooms on the first floor with a good book or for a game of your choice. Truly do not have a complaint or negative comment to make about this establishment."

They had a mini bar, room service, pillow service, and laundry service, which was all very convenient. It is right by a market if you need anything and right next to the tram/bus station, so transportation was easy. "
