"Clean property with friendly staff. Some signs of wear like poor draining in shower but very clean. I didn’t realize this property marketed to students until I arrived and there was some noise at night from surrounding music/restaurants but it was good for one night. "

"We were in Florence in July. It was extremely hot. Everything about this hotel was great. We had free access to water and juice everyday, 24 hours a day. Grab a cup or fill your own bottle. Hotel is across from the train station so expect noise. "
