"Ritz Carlton level staff Exceptional professionalism Did not cause “ check out stress syndrome” Bed wonderful Pillows wonderful Towels sturdy and ample Room clean Noisy by train in my section but who was to know Location in heart of city Safe Sad they minimized business center to no computers … could not do my work for my conference needed a desktop forced to go to find a minkos and go to hotel like double tree that has at least one desktop and printer for us rushed or semi procrastinating business folks in stress in these times in the news of Nov 2025. "

"I booked this hotel last minute and checked in late at 9PM and the staff were so kind and helpful! The elevator was out of service at the time(but was fixed by 7AM the next morning) and they offered to move my room to a lower floor so I didn’t have to walk up all the stairs. The room was perfect and they didn’t charge me extra due to it being a larger room. They were so kind and accommodating to the situation and I was very grateful! Would definitely stay here again based on the positive experience "
