"Great stay"

"Our room had plumbing issues. Water backed up in the shower and bathroom sink. This hotel has an elevator problem. Not enough of them. It took us a half hour to get downstairs on multiple occasions because the elevators were always full and there weren’t enough of them."

"The bathroom in my room was dirty. There was water on the floor. Blood in the shower, and a dirty wash rag under the sink. Ill called house keeping and asked for cleaning supplies for these things. I was told house keeping would come and they never showed up or dropped off any cleaning supplies."
