"The room was okay and the distance was not a bad walk from downtown, however they were doing renovations and storing the unused mattresses just in the hallway. And the hallway was outside space, any bug or weather element could get too which kinda grossed me out. There was also hair in the crack of the mattresses and the wall along with our bathroom floor. I will say the water pressure and temperature was nice however if you are taller you may not fit comfortably in the shower."

"The room was very clean, beads were great and the bathroom was recently renovated. It is right and I mean right across the street from the new Stadium going in. Talk about a prime location! 3 minute drive to a parking garage on Broadway. The pool is in the shape of a guitar which is really cool but don’t think I’d want to get in it. Pretty outdated. In any case would definitely stay there again with no hesitation. Well priced with breakfast included."

"I appreciate the consistent quality of Holiday Inns, however, I do wish they would consistently offer breakfast as part of your stay. Breakfast is listed in the amenities, but is not included; a buffet breakfast can be purchased for an additional fee. The hotel was clean and the accommodations were quite comfortable with the exception of the small refrigerator not having a freezer section. One of the ADA doors was not functioning. The staff was not very friendly and gave incorrect information regarding both the breakfast which it turns out was not included and the shuttle to Broadway so I missed the last shuttle having been told it runs every half hour after 5 PM without the information that it only runs until 8:30 PM. This was the most expensive hotel I've stayed at for quite some time and I was disappointed to not receive the amenities I was promised on the phone for the considerable amount of money I paid."
