I absolutely love this hotel for its amenities, they dont lack in the fun department they are fantastic at everything

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Manju an Indian boy in the executive lounge at level five was great and so were everyone we came in contact with. We ate at Shimmers, the...

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in. We particularly want to mention the...

This is the third time we’ve stayed at the RIU Dubai and it gets better each time

Our stay in Jumeirah Creekside was fabulous, we stayed in a club room which was very spacious! Very pleased with this hotel.

I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. It was rated number 1 so booked for that reason. The number one spot is well deserved. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. We booked a King Summerhouse and was allocated Room 4 Villa 14 (overlooking the waterway). The room itself was spacious and clean. The reason I marked cleanliness as a 4 and not 5 is...

Thought the staff in general from the room attendants to the beach staff were all highly professional .Everyone always had a smile on their face and nothing was too difficult . I'm certainly looking forward to my return in April, I just hope the weather is a bit better [ ha ha ]

Simply the best in Dubai right now. Exceptional design and amenities, friendly and professional staff.

Hotel newly opened, facilities second to none - but not if you're a technophobe! (no light switches). Great to be part of larger complex including internal waterways and golf buggy type transportation around a vast site. Hotel right next door to Burj Al Arab, with many rooms having direct view of prominent Dubai skyline feature. Separate adult pool was a big plus.

We could not fault it. The staff could not do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The pool was great and you could always get a sunbed. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Only concerns were around the cost of food and drink in the restaurants. It's expensive. Best to eat out in the evenings.

Tariq has been amazing in looking after our room

The apartment was a great size and very clean. Although the restaurant was. Ring refurbished the hotel had switched one of the apartments into the dining room and breakfast was also very good. The staff were brilliant and very helpful with anything we required. Would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Dubai

Came for a short break with a friend for 3 nights as a treat from hubby. Trying to choose the ideal hotel can be an exciting yet exhausting task but I'm so happy that we finally chose this one and it certainly lived up to expectations. Beautiful sea view, phenomenal breakfast on the ground floor from fresh squeezed juices to pancakes and omelettes cooked in front of you all you can ask for and more. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who checked us in - Ahmed. He was so polite...

Beautiful tropical landscaped grounds. Within walking distance of the theme parks and Riverland. Can also walk to the Outlet Village nearby.

This is our 5th 7 day holiday to Dubai, we have stayed on the Palm twice and Jumeriah Beach twice. We booked this hotel in particular because of its location to the Marina ( 5 mins ) and JBR ( 10 mins ) also that you could share the facilities at the adjoining hotel, which was a great bonus. The hotel offered everything, clean, good food, bars and of course the famous Barista bar that we had a ball in ( don't believe the negative comments ) its so not true! Plenty of sun loungers, fresh...
