"Very poor effects. 1. No clear instructions on where to have breakfast when having breakfast in your reservation. Front desk failed to provide clear instructions on what to expect at the bistro in the morning 2. Close the breakfast place without any advance notice even after we got affirmative confirmation to have breakfast at bistro the night before. 3. Front office has no compassion or efforts to help the customers when we express our frustration and the hotel lack of communication of closing the breakfast place. The guy said nothing he can do and told us to wait until manager come back 4. Although we communicated to the manager about the expense we spent elsewhere for the breakfast the same day and agreed upon points to be reimbursed, no points were hit our account one week after checking out. "

"There was no microwave in my room. Someone brought me an old half functioning one. The doors to the other room slammed all night that kept me awake. The door to the bathroom was worn and had damage on it. "
