"My stay here was horrible! Bathroom tile was filthy, room smelled bad, When we got off the elevator there was large pieces of furniture stacked outside the elevator yet there was no signs stating “forgive our mess” our hall was party central yelling and hollering down the hallway through out the night. We called the front desk several times after 10 pm with no changes. Once we couldn’t take it anymore around midnight my niece yelled down the hallway to shut up did the noise die down. It was ridiculous."

"The bathroom had missing handles on the faucet. The microwave was burned out and rusty inside, could not be used. I try to use one in the breakfast bar area that one didn’t work they said the power was out. When I asked for a replacement, they decided to put me in a different room, and it wasn’t much better. The rooms were dark and dingy. The bathroom was under maintain needs remodeling. The breakfast was horrible had pancakes, old bagels, and I think yogurt was all I can recall. No meat or eggs or juice. I actually moved to Homewood suites next door and it was 10 or 20 times better. We ate the expense of the new place (Homewood Suites) because the Microtel we booked was not refundable. The photos online are misleading. Never stay here!!!"

"Clean and quiet room other than the refrigerator compressor was a little loud. I’ll take this over slamming hotel doors which we did not hear at all so it was very quiet. Great place to stay!"

"If your visiting Virginia, and you're on williamsburg road in Sandston and Looking for a motel, go to motel 6 cause the people at work there are awesome The rooms is all nice and clean it well worth your stay. you won't be sorry"

"My room was a non-smoking room and I found a half cigarette on the floor behind the nightstand. There was a large dime size or nickel size piece of fuzz or something and a long hair in the tile floor clearly missed or not inspected or not cleaned at all. The alarm clock was “on” and set to go off at midnight, a real pet peeve of mine that housekeepers do not check these and make sure the alarm is turned off. Just before midnight I heard what sounded like an alarm clock beeping in an adjacent room and continued through the night and morning. Maybe someone doing this for fun and games ? Really bad!"
