We especially appreciated the concierge, who took care of us when we had forgotten certain toiletry items and when shirts had to be laundered quickly. "We had a good stay overall. The employees are friendly and helpful: front desk, housekeeping, and valet all provided excellent service. My only complaint is that there was no coffee maker in the room, only a hot water kettle and instant coffee.
