"While the rooms looked a little outdated, the beds were comfy, the pillows were great, and most importantly, the room was clean. The breakfast was typical, but tasty. Holiday Inn Expresses are quickly becoming one of my favorite places to stay!"

"I booked about a month ahead of our stay only to arrive and have the front desk say they didn’t have a room. Never has this happened to me before. I was told of course that I wouldn’t be charged, only to wake up at a different hotel to see the charges on my card. It took a few days of calling to have the manager reverse the charges. I really hope this is not the standard so be prepared to take a gamble booking here!"
