"Staff was friendly. Rooms and facility were clean. Room was very clean and the daily service was great. It was being renovated while we were there. Minor inconvenience. Some outlets in the room didn't work as a result however the staff was very quick to remedy. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage pasties, cereal etc. The only downside was that the mattress had a ridge so high I thought someone else was in the bed with me. Lol. Very uncomfortable. "The rooms were really comfortable. Only one working elevator, and cannot take the stairs from the 9th floor was inconvenient. House keeping employees were friendly and helpful. "
