"Room has an amazing view. Bed and linens were good. Pillows a bit flat. Bathroom needs update. Had to call out the for service about the toilet being clogged twice. Very nice service staff. Had plenty of food options onsite. Overall pretty nice place. A bit on the pricey side though. "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff was outstanding. The lady at the desk helped us in from the sidewalk. Explained everything, gave us a map with suggestions where to go and what to eat. We took all her advice and suggestions and it was delicious. The next day they allowed our luggage to stay at the hotel while we had a morning excursion. The staff is what set this hotel apart,"

"Location and exterior was a little rough. Homeless sifting through the dumpster and hotel garbage bins. Hotel could use some updating and polish. When making the reservation I chose this hotel because it included breakfast in the price. Big sign that said “Breakfast Buffet $17” for a mind of normal hotel breakfast. We passed on breakfast! "

"Usually a convenient place to stay--clean, spacious, quiet. Staff is friendly. Hotel has been doing some much needed renovation. Some room furniture needs repair or replacement. Wifi on my last stay was not working well at all."

"This hotel is a scam. It may be under new ownership but they hired to have a really nice website made and spent time removing reviews. If you look up this hotel by address you will find that it is used by the city of Anchorage as a homeless shelter. It still looks like a homeless shelter, we booked this in advance and showed up at 11pm and thought our GPS was wrong so we drove around the block 3 times looking for the place. It's an absolute dump with no signage and people shooting up on the side...
