"The room was perfectly clean and had a beautiful view. My only minor complaint is that you still have to reserve pool time (I think this started during COVID), and all pool slots were taken when we checked in. It doesn’t seem super necessary anymore. But the front desk staff were great for check in and check out and the hotel is always a nice getaway. "

"There was quiet a lot of hair strands on the bed, not sure if it was after drying them and getting stuck on the sheets. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check in and checking out. Overall, our stay went smooth and it was good. Would highly recommend to a friend if they needed a hotel to stay at. "

"The staff was accommodating even though some did not speak English. They did not leave linen for the sofa bed which make it inconvenient because they only have one staff during the evening and I had to walk a long way to the front office to pick up bed linens. I have mobility problems so that was tiring. I was in the 2 bedroom suite and invited friends to eat dinner but the room only one dining chair. When we went to the front to ask if we could have a couple chairs the guy said he will have to go took for it which he couldn’t do because he was the only one there."
