"The room was dirty. Hair on the counters, dog hair on the wall and carpet, floor was damp. Strong odor of cleaning fluids, refrigerator was not clean. Something orange was all over the iced over freezer. The screen had been knocked out (probably by guests smoking in the room. There were thousands of cigarette butts littering the grass and parking lot. Trash littered the entire property. Bathroom countertop was covered in water. There was one coffee pod and one decaf pod. When asked for more regular coffee, I was told they were out. We had to use the towels to clean surfaces in the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was not clean. The jets were rusted. There were not trash cans. the bedding had stains. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot. We were approached by drug dealers (I work in substance abuse field, so I know a lot about dealers. We left the next morning and checked into a nicer hotel. We stayed there a few years ago and it was way nicer. We did not eat there fearing the kitchen was as bad as the rest of the property. We are spreading the word to friends and coworkers about how awful the stay was. The check in lady was nice."

"The hotel has been recently opened and rebranded. The rooms are cozy and quaint. Adorable fridge in rooms and grest coffee in the rooms. Comfy beds, great gym, nice staff, coffee shop and restaurant on site. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, airport is a short drive. Cons: Very noisy with a train coming through nightly (more than once) there are ear plugs offered at the bedside. The absolute worst (I think 1 ply) toilet paper in the rooms."
