It would have been great if the fireplaces were working while we were there, so we could have enjoyed it. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and everything we needed. "This place does it right! I can't say enough good things about this place. The service was excellent! All employees, from check-in staff to maintenance, greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed anytime we were in close proximity. The room was very clean and comfortable. The management was present and actively working with the team to serve guests. The breakfast is amazing and not your average continental breakfast. This place had someone flipping the pancakes, and the quality was very good! To top it off, the kickback included dinner - a complete surprise! This was a great stay for our large family - we will be staying here again!"
