"Shower was not the best, stains on the comforter "

"Staff are so great at this motel, except for one girl who works a couple of morning shifts. We have been staying here since we lost our home. It's clean, we haven't seen any bugs at all, and affordable. I had a billing issue where my card was charged twice and the owner (I think) was very concerned with making it right w me via refund or a nights stay. Since we are living here day by day that was thoughtful bc a refund takes 7-10 days. Anyway, we are super grateful that we have a place that doesn't put my fiance, Xena (pittie), and I out at 11am if we haven't paid for the day yet! "

"The pictures looked nicer than it was. The room was dated and the bed was not comfortable. They are remodeling so the halls were under work but the room was fine. Overall it was okay but I felt like I paid a bit extra for a hotel that looked nicer and had better reviews than other cheaper ones nearby but I’m not sure it was worth the additional cost. On the bright side it was mostly clean and the staff were good. "

"Easy parking. Room was fine, good breakfast. Slept hot because we couldnt figure out thermostat. Lobby was dirty at check in, common areas seemed well worn."

"The first room they gave me had small black bugs walking around the top of one of the night stands, i called them and they told me to come down for a room change which i did. Then they told me this would be the last room change like i had done this many time. The second room was bug free from what i could tell but lights on the side of the bed visibly dirty, water damage on the wall in different parts of the room and couch in the room very stand and dirty looking. I slept there but very uncomfortable and shower even looked dirty i would not shower in. Very disappointed will never stay there again "

"Everything was really good up on checking in and checking out. The rooms were clean. The staff were very polite and understandable. My granddaughter loves the pool, which was nice and clean as well. That’s what I love. Also, is that the rooms if you’re hot, the AC will cool you up real quickly and if you’re cold, the heat works wonderfully. The staff was really great, especially the manager. I forgot his name, but he wears his hair in a ponytail he was super awesome and help me with all my needs. I am from Wisconsin and whenever I come back to visit my sister. This will be the place that I would stay. As for the showers OMG, the shower is huge and I love it and the lighting in the bathroom was perfect as well I did not try to let out couch, but I knew that was one in there, and I love the fact that you have two TVs so that way you can watch your shows and your family or children to watch their shows without any issues. Thanks for the great hospitality and the wonderful staff and I’ll see you once again probably next year."
