"My stay was amazing, only a few things that could have been better. The front door was constantly locked so we were able to go in through the lobby, and at random times staff would not be at the front desk, and the water was always lukewarm to cold so I couldn’t get a warm shower. Other than those things the hotel was comfortable and was around the places I wanted to go. Definitely would stay again"

"Great hotel for the hockey tournament... very nice staff... great location. The air quality was poor nearing the casino and awful inside... otherwise a great stay"

"The room we stayed in had a serious smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom as well as a cat urine smell near the door. We got in around midnight and were extremely tired so we didn’t notice these until the next morning. When we notified the staff at the front he didn’t seem to know what to do and told me that I’d need to “tell her when she gets back”. We checked out after that and ended up spending our second night at a hotel that was much better. "

"2 Pool was closed all night and that's the reason we came with the kids. When we arrived our refrigerator wasn't working and had to wait in the room for it to be swapped out. Last night we had to wait forever for someone to bring out more plates for the apps and same with breakfast "

"Extremely comfortable beds and good shower. Big room. Good breakfast. Only thing I would change is to get a room on the north side of building. On south side, I-70 traffic is noisy."

"Everything was fine with a few minor exceptions. The heating and cooling system was missing a door over the controls which threw substainal light into the room at night. They had a new TV system and did not provide a guide to the stations. Also the new TV system do not carry any of the major broadcast ststions."
