"Didn't get breakfast "

"No breakfast was served on Saturday morning when we asked the front desk they said no breakfast because the employee called off. Really disappointed. On my last trip here it rained and moisture got inside the window ledge which has been happening for a while because the curtains had mold in them . They never issued me a credit or called back when I asked they said we can’t give you a credit because you booked on a 3rd party . The cleaning has gone down and service is a hit and missed. Popcorn was removed from the afternoon service. Overall is just a place to stay nothing more. This place was better when pearl tree it used to be there. "

"Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Common areas were updated and clean. Breakfast was solid. Staff was friendly."

"Nice property, friendly staff, clean/comfy room and good breakfast. My only complaint is that the rooms on the front of the property face Interstate 64 and the road noise is extremely loud. "

"Everything was cool breakfast was good, it was clean in the room. The only thing we were disappointed with was the pool honestly looked kind of yucky. We didnt get in, the water was cloudy and questionable. Liked everything else though."
