"I’m disappointed in this resort. I’ve been staying here every time we’re in Orlando over 5 years and the past 2 years they have changed things dramatically. They want more money for the same rooms we’ve been getting. When we got there check in was terrible. They have no working kiosk instead of actual people to check you in. I reserved a 2 bedroom and normally that comes with the 2 rooms, jacuzzi tub, the additional side with additional doors. I was told that is now a 2 bedroom deluxe and when I booked the room it wasn’t listed as such. I got stuck with the worst room available I feel like. Sink broken, shower head coming out of the wall, room was dusty and smelled of old cigarettes and the televisions wasn’t working. Was told that I would have to pay extra to upgrade to the room we normally have. Definitely will be the last time staying. If I want all the extra fees I could stay at westgate. At least I’ll have a better room."
