Our go to when in Orlando. Good size rooms, lovely complex and facilities, great staff. Good food in the bar and pool bar. But resort fee and self park now ridiculously high. $40 and $34 tax respectively. Making us consider alternatives now. Big shame.

Very clean and calm property. Breakfast options are limited. The shuttle service to disney parks come right to the patio of the hotel.

Great property, clean, close to the Disney gates and lovely breakfast.....Mickey waffles were a highlight!

Very nice hotel

Amazing place for family with different breakfast available every morning and amazing friendly staff and will 100% be back in the future

Very easily walkable to Disney Spring

Friendly reception staff, clean room, free breakfast was basic but had good variety, staff worked hard to keep area clean and food restocked.

Everything was perfect no issues

Nice new apart/Hotel next door to Margaritaville in Kissimmee , Cooked breakfasts are included and that will save you a lot of time and money! Great pool are for kids and adults alike .. Can’t wait to go back

It’s great having the ability to cook. All the basics are covered for everything you need including a toaster.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and worked very hard. Nothing was too much trouble Room was clean enough - prefer it to be cleaned more often but understand the reason for keeping costs low to enable cheaper prices - parking was good and plentiful but didn’t appreciate it costing $50 as I had been advised it was included in package holidays

Great facilities- amazing location. Would definitely recommend.
