"Noticed black things on sheets for pullout couch and blanket was dirtyAsked for clean ones but had to bring them the dirty ones first. Asked for more towels and pillows and were told we'd have to come in 20-25 minutes?? Breakfast was very scarce. No fresh fruit of any kind,was disappointing. Parking was ridiculous. Paid for 2 nights and had to park across handicap lines because there was no parking in either lot. Totally a disappointing hotel!"

"I don't know about you but when I'm on a trip and stop for the night, my #1 concern is getting a good night's sleep so I can be refreshed & ready to go the next day. In this case, this was our destination & we were spending 3 nights here for a conference, then we were going to head back. Unfortunately, all 3 nights, the people in the room above us decided they wanted to "share" their favorite music collection with us. The first night the music was quiet enough that it only woke me up intermittently. Well, I didn't want to put up a fuss so I didn't complain. First night of crap sleep. Second night the music was playing again, and again I tried to sleep through it. However, at 1:15am they cranked the music up LOUD. After 1.5 hours of this, I finally called the front desk. They called the room & about 3:00am the music was turned off. Second night of crap sleep. Third night the music was playing again but just a little too loud to try to sleep through. About 8:30pm, I called the front desk. The front desk called the room, and about 8:40 the music got... louder. From 8:40 to about 11:30, the music got quieter & louder, but the overall pattern was louder. At 11:30, I called the front desk and complained again, then hung up and called the police. The police showed up & the music was shut off. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fall asleep until about 1:30am. Third night of crap sleep. This was, perhaps, one of the worst stays ever. And I paid $145/night for this."

"We stay here every time we come to Franklin and Nashville. They are always so nice and the food is great!!! The staff are always happy and genuinely care about making sure you have what you need. We will always choose Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin Tennessee."

"Giving 1 star is too much. This hotel is clearly not safe for individuals traveling with children. It is RIGHT off a heavily traveled interstate, very dimly lit, a train track runs immediately by the property and there is a billiard/bar running all night long next to the property. I booked for through this platform, who I expected to have higher standards for its customers, even if the property itself does not. I refused to get out of my vehicle due to safety concerns and the hotel refused to reimburse my booking even though I did not check in or use their services. This platform isn’t as supportive to me as a customer as I expected them to be given my immediate report to them and sharing of concerns. What is the point of using a booking service if there is no customer support for situations like this? This review is no exaggeration and I hope it helps influence others to look elsewhere with a different booking agency as well. "

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is very close to the Cool Springs Galleria and many restaurants. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom door is very close to the commode which doesn’t give you much room to get out of the bathroom. "

"Convenient location, comfortable bed and room, TV and WI-FI worked well. Breakfast was good, nothing special. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned well before our stay. Only reason we will not stay here on our next trip to Nashville area is that there was an odor in the room, mainly the bathroom, that smelled like cigarette smoke."
