"My king bed had dirty sheets on it. Called the desk. About 2 hours later the desk clerk brought sheet 1 sheet and a pillowcase for me to change I told her i was not the housekeeper. She left said she was off the clock. Called expedia no satisfaction. I will book thru someone else."

I called the previous week and asked about the pool and was told that it was open. However when we got there, the pool was half drained and absolutely disgusting looking.
