The property was situated in a convenient area to all the shops etc, the rooms are modern for a building of that age and well maintained. The property itself is a gem and is being maintained to keep its heritage.

A very good hotel in the very centre of Kolkata. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a Club room which was very spacious. Good housekeeping.

Excellent service with comfortable and clean rooms. Since it’s close to all the shopping malls the location is very convenient. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a variety of options.

The property was excellent in terms of cleanliness, service, accessibility to various places in the city. In addition the buffet breakfast and lunch spreads were huge and delicious. It being the Durga Pooja festival period all the possible delicacies were available.

Fantastic hotel! The service was outstanding especially the housekeeping service. Was great to have a lovely clean pool to swim in. Location is handy for all major sights. Walking distance to new market and Eden gardens.

My birthday happened to fall during the time I was staying at the Swissotel Kolkata. I hadn't mentioned this to anyone at the hotel. However, the staff were so attentive in every way that they must have taken note of my birthday on my passport when we checked in and had a cake delivered to my room. Wonderful breakfast, bedroom and bathroom designed at highest spec. Staffs were awesome.

Stayed there for couple of nights..good location, easy taxi, awesome room comfort. Breakfast is reasonable but can be better. Worth every rupee spent.
