"I booked 2 double bed 1 room. On our arrival we got a very tiny room which was very dirty and not the one I booked. When I have asked the front desk staff, he said he'll cancel my booking and rudely replied that go back to your country. it was 9:30 at night. "Very bad place to stay. Customer service is Very bad. They rip you off asking more money even after a making a reservation online. They don't have water to drink and if we ask for water, it takes more than an hour. They don't have AC working. They don't provide free breakfast even after advertising in online.
