Staff were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. The only downside was a shortage of hanging spaceI would definitely recommend the Royce.

Our room was huge and magnificent and included a table and chairs as well as a settee and armchair. The hotel restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was also good. The view from our bedroom was OK but there isn't much in the way of scenery in the area other than vineyards. The hotel overall was excellent and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Staff very helpful with all matters. Bikes available for free. Make sure you ask for a quiet location if you want to be away from the building works on the adjacent site.

This hotel is ideally situated within the heart of the city. Everything gets off to a good start with a complimentary drink on check in. The rooms are well designed and large. Excellent array of sweets, nibbles and soft drinks in the free mini-bar. Beds are very comfortable with lots of room. While there you must make time to book into Om Nom. The desserts and cocktails are very inventive.

Friendly helpful reception staff , Dennis who I believe is manager goes above and beyond for you while staying here. Room was big and kept very clean throughout our stay. If returning to Melbourne I would stay here again 10/10

Clean room, Quiet

The hotel and grounds were fantastic. Free entry into mansion and beautiful gardens. We accessed the spa facilities and had complimentary drinks on arrival. The hotel was good value for money. Liked the added extras such as the extensive pillow menu. Ate in the bar area which was a bit characterless as it was empty and i thought the food was average. Lovely hotel, very traditional and old fashioned but a lovely style and history. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Walkable to the MCG.
